Contains meeting minutes (1927-1975) some correspondence (1951-1977), and files on their various campus activities including Bison Brevities, Doctor of Service award, Freshmen Register, Honors Day, spring musicals, Senior Day, and several subject files. Bison Brevities files includes programs, reports by event chairman concerning various aspects of the production, suggestions for improvement, correspondence, and financial information for various productions. Files for the Doctor of Service award, given to North Dakota State University faculty since 1930 for outstanding service, includes programs which list recipients and invitations with some correspondence. Clippings include a series concerning early Blue Key members who achieved prominence in their field. Also included is a paper by Bob Runice entitled "NDAC Blue Key Chapter, its activities and projects" (15 leaves).

NDSU society organized in 1927, the 28th chapter of the national organization. Membership is based on scholastic achievement, leadership abilities, and involvement in campus activities. Women were allowed to join in 1976. In 1979, Kathy Dean was elected president of the NDSU chapter, the first female officer in the 124 chapters.
